Day 25

I went to see my surgeon today.  He said everything looked fine and seemed pleased with everything, and said that when I reach 6 weeks I can start to gradually introduce chewable foods.  He also said that he will see me again in 3 weeks, and then after that he doesn't need to see me again until my braces are off.  The only problem is that in 3 weeks I will have moved to Somerset for my new job, which is about 4 hours away from where I live now!  So I'm going to try and arrange it so that I see him the week before, but for now I'll just have to wait to see what date the appointment is and hope for the best.

    Great to read some updates Sarah. Sorry to hear about the aches and pain you've been feeling. I have been fairly fortunate not to have experienced much pain yet, i better continue crossing my fingers for that. You're looking great by the way.
