    I'm doing good! I just had my appt with my surgeon yesterday to start my insurance authorization for the surgery. Hoping to have a date set soon. When do your doctors think you'll be ready?

    Glad you're having some progress Nikki! My ortho said I'll be ready for surgery orthodontically by about April/May, but then it's a case of waiting for a surgery appointment, which could be a while, and my surgeon said it will probably be about June. So I'm aiming for the summer and anything sooner is a bonus!

    SN, I had an appointment today and I heard them say my overjet is 9mm, so I would guess they'll advance the lower jaw about 8mm. I'm also going to be having my top jaw impacted by about 5mm on the right side and a bit less on the left side to account for my cant. Thank you! I hope I do! As I've said before, I think me and you have very similar jaws so hopefully we'll both have amazing profiles after! Do you know when you'll be having your surgery yet?

    I'm not sure exactly because I'm having trouble with my insurance. It's supposed to be around feb but it might be delayed till we find out what my insurance wants to do:(. I'm sure it won't be later than march.
